Mortage Qualty Control - What will 2008 bring for you?

What are your Mortgage Quality Control goals for 2008? I’d imagine that some of you are just starting to look into the whole Quality Control arena now. Are your goals to get FHA approval or maybe you are looking to make 2008 the year you go from Broker to Banker.
