Well - I haven't posted in way too long and for that I apologize. It's just been crazy around here. I don't know if everyone heard but refi's are up :). That means we get crazy. It really seems like this time around everyone is makeing sure that they are doing loans correctly. You wouldn't believe the number of calls i've been getting for Pre-Funding QC.
